What is your diagnostic fee on out-of-warranty products carried-in or shipped -in?
Our diagnostic fee on any out-of-warranty product carried-in or shipped-in is $65.00. This fee is applied to all approved repairs. Should you not have your unit repaired, this fee covers the technicians time in diagnosing the unit and preparing the estimate.
Note: In addition to the diagnostic fee, we do collect an $85.00 disposal fee on all rear-projection TV's carried-in for service. If you have your set repaired, this disposal fee will be applied to your repair. If you do not have your set repaired, we will refund you the $85.00 disposal fee providing you pick-up your set with-in 30(thirty) days.
How long do repairs take?
Most television and audio repairs are completed in 3-7 days. Most projector repairs are completed in 24 hours. This time frame may be exceeded due to delays in parts and/or extended warranty approval.
Do you guarantee your repairs?
Yes. All standard repairs come with a 30(thirty) day labor warranty and a 90(ninety) day warranty on parts replaced. All flat rate repairs come with a 90(ninety) day parts and labor warranty.
What does your warranty cover?
Our warranty covers the parts we repaced and the labor to replace those parts. Abuse (physical damage, liquid damage, improper use), unauthorized or improper attempted repair, lightning or surge are not covered by our warranty or the manufacturers warranty.
I need to ship a projector to your service center for repairs, what is the procedure?

If I ship my unit in, do I need to enclose a form of payment?
No. We will contact you when we receive your unit for payment information.
